Ariana is a genuine soul (I don't use this word loosely at all) who's found her true purpose in life. I have been in counselling sessions with Ariana since May 2022. In these 4 months, she has listened to everything I had to say empathically and without judgement, probing and asking questions to dig deep. She has been considerate to my emotions and has never interrupted or stopped their flow.
She has done her research on every aspect that I revealed and has come back to me with activities, exercises, and tasks that were difficult but necessary.
She has always positively pushed me to complete these in time with accountability but never holding me prisoner to them.

Ariana helped me in many ways to heal my past trauma and live a peaceful, happy and a healthy life. I was struggling with a lot of hurt, anger, frustration and she helped me get over all these negative emotions. I can’t express my gratitude to her in words. She has made me a new person who is healed completely, have forgiven the people who caused the hurt and am at the place where I think and speak good about them. This for me is a miracle. I have been suffering with the hurt for a good time of 2 years and she helped me heal and bounce back to myself in just 2months.
