Gratitude indeed is the most foundational element of everything in life.

Continued research in gratitude shows that wellbeing is improved where higher levels of gratitude exist.


People who are grateful feel less pain, less stress, suffer insomnia less, have stronger immune systems, experience healthier relationships, and do better academically and professionally. 

Gratitude lowers blood pressure, decreases stress, and improves sleep. Other studies have shown that a successful practice in gratitude can lessen symptoms of depression and anxiety.

Good news is that Gratitude can be developed and grow with consistent and focused practice.

Gratitude is the best gift you can give yourself and everyone around you. It is however easy to slip into negativity and forget being grateful on a regular basis.

Weekly WhatsApp Courses (the 50day course realigned as weekly courses) If you plan to complete all the courses below, it is suggested you follow the sequence below.

These weekly courses are structured in a sequence to help build the habit of Gratitude effectively. In every weekly course the participants receive a simple activity every day which doesn't take more than 15 minutes to complete.

Self-Paced Online Courses (that you can complete at your own pace) give you more freedom and flexibility to move to the next steps at your own pace.
