Gratitude - Self Paced (online)

Explore the complete offerings on Gratitude and other topics, before registering. It will help you understand the purpose of each course/ program clearly and the recommended sequences.

Just 15 minutes every day to transform your life!

Gratitude is the best gift you can give yourself and everyone around you. It is however easy to slip into negativity and forget being grateful on a regular basis.

You can now choose to attend the complete 7 week course or pick one week at a time. All these courses are self paced and online and will require an investment of 15 to 20 minutes a day from you.  It is suggested you follow the sequence below.

These weekly courses are structured in a sequence to help build the habit of Gratitude effectively. In every weekly course the participants receive a simple activity every day which doesn't take more than 15 minutes to complete.

To encourage you to begin your Gratitude Journey, the week 1 course on Gratitude Self has been made free of cost. Try it before enrolling into the complete program.
