I have facilitated mindfulness based sessions for various types of teams in organizations resulting in improved EQ levels, focus, performance, self awareness, collaboration, innovation, reduced stress levels and overall well-being of the employees and the leaders.
Having been deeply touched by the distress in the frantic world despite having everything, I derive great sense of satisfaction in enabling transformation in the lives of more and more people.
