About OrgPsych Fellowship

What It Is: A 2-month experiential internship that introduces psychology students to the field of Industrial & Organizational Psychology through workplace-focused learning, reflection, and application.

What Interns Do

  • Explore workplace behavior through case studies and discussions

  • Understand communication, leadership, and team dynamics

  • Complete practical assignments and observation activities

  • Work on a guided mini-project

 

What Makes It Different

This is not a traditional HR internship or a theory-only program. Participants learn how psychology influences people, teams, culture, and organisational effectiveness.

Modern Office Workspace

Duration: 1.5 Months (6 Weeks) | Weekend-Based | 70–75 Hours of Guided Learning, Reflection, Application & Project Work

Training Mode - Online Live Virtual Class 

Guided support on reflections, project and documentation provided. 

Structure -

The fellowship combines live learning with guided independent work.

Live Learning

Participants attend:

  • One 3-hour facilitated session every weekend

  • These sessions include:

    • Concept learning

    • Workplace case discussions

    • Group reflection

    • Practical activities

    • Q&A and mentorshipโ€‹

Independent Learning

Between sessions, participants complete:

  • Reflection exercises

  • Observation activities

  • Practical assignments

  • Workplace analysis tasks

  • Capstone project work
