A Dialogue - with teens & Pre-teens

Did you know, the human brain develops 90% during the teen years? These exponential changes in the Brain while enable the teens to adapt faster, and learn better. It also is the very reason why every 5th person in India, between the age of 10 to 19 undergoes some level of mental health disorder. 

The starting point of everything remains communication. In an attempt to create a dialogue with the teens and adolescents about Mental Health and hear about their concerns and challenges, I am planning a session this Sunday, the 13th of November at 11 am.
