About the event
Emotional Awareness is the ability to notice and identify feeling a certain emotion and to recognize and label it correctly so as to understand its relevance and take mindful decisions that are based on emotional rationality. It helps improve social skills, builds empathy, improves self regulation and build on one's capacity to manage difficult situations.
Our event 'Embracing Emotional Awareness' for adults is conducted by our Counseling Psychologist Yashi Sonthalia (click for her profile) who specializes in Emotional Intelligence.
This interactive workshop will enable you to understand the multiple layers of emotions that exist, why labelling your emotions correctly is essential and how it can help you manage your reactive emotions effectively.
