  • Beginning the journey of self awareness through a quick breath awareness meditation

Day2: Cultivating Awareness 

  • Understanding the Present Moment through attention and experience
  • Guided body scan meditation

Day3: Mindfulness of the body 

  • Introducing mindfulness for everyday life 
  • Walking Meditation/ Mindful movements or stretches

Day4: Mindfulness of Sensations 

  • Eating Meditation: Mindful Eating Practice 
  • Sensing Vs Thinking, Doing Vs Being

Day5: Mindfulness of Emotions 

  • Recognizing and naming emotions
  • Guided meditation on emotions

Day6: Mindfulness for wellbeing 

  • Reacting Vs Responding 
  • Appreciation, Gratitude and Compassion
  • Gratitude and Self compassion meditation

Day7: Integration and Moving Forward 

  • Reflective Meditation: A quick review of the 7-Day Journey 
  • Reflecting on what helps to sustain the mindfulness practices (offline, key pointers from home practice) 
  • Group Sharing: Insights and Learnings
  • Closing -    A quick guided meditation
  • Closing Ceremony: A group photo session, Certificates and Farewells
