One of the least discussed aspect of physical and mental wellness is ‘slowing down’. We are all so busy DOING and BECOMING something or the other that we forget the art and importance of just BEING. Mindfulness at its foundation is about being and not becoming. The art of doing nothing, of slowing down, has exponential benefits on our overall wellness.
I can spend a lifetime just Sitting by the river watching it flow - Through every hurdle, through every path. I get my sense of motivation and confidence to be like a river.
