Every habit requires a consistent effort to be changed. Making Gratitude a way of life is no different. While Gratitude is often understood to just be thankful about what we have, it is much wider than you may know.

We conduct various programs encompassing all the aspects of Gratitude - Gratitude self, Gratitude Pause, Gratitude in Relationships, Intentional Gratitude and more.

More than 400 participants have benefited from the multiple versions of the Gratitude Circle Program since 2020. 

In this section, are the testimonials received over a period of more than 2 years from all the grateful souls who have benefited from one or more of these programs.

Like to share my experience. Got into a very good pathway of feeling gratitude. We all know making time for others is easy but not for ourselves. Even though I feel like to implement changes within me, but never really worked out. So I found this Gratitude Circle, as an effective medicine to boost up my inner conversation and shaping it up.

Thank you for starting the Gratitude Circle initiative. In life, I am usually grateful for family, friends and lessons learnt from other people, but rarely consider being grateful for myself. Curiosity was the main reason why I joined your Gratitude Circle. It's well - pointed short readings let me to listen to your soothing voice and subsequent exercise makes me consider myself. I always look at my shortcomings and rarely at my strengths. When I was supposed to write 10 things I am grateful about myself, it sounded like an easy task, but when I got the pen and wanted to write it down, I just couldn't write anything. 
Your exercises, make me reflect more and think about myself for a moment. Thank you for enabling us to start this journey of Gratitude and self-discovery. To allow us to change our lives for the better. Thank you!

Feels so good to write down something positive that exists in our life and we don't realize. I had this habit of writing in my college and early career days.
But as days passed by, years too passed and I forgot that nice habit and a good me time with self. The day I started to post in FB, I did that again... however got occupied with life routine.
The best time I get for myself is early morning from 5 am to 7 am. So started utilizing that for this too. Thank you!

The book readings are exactly what I want in my life. I seriously want to be surrounded by love. I don't like people hating and bitching about each other with very lame reasons. I loved your activities. Looking forward to many more such things which I'll learn here.
