Did you know that if your life is not changing you would not exist?

Our universe and everything in it is continually changing because our universe is made of energy. Energy can exist only if it is in motion and changing. If energy stopped being in motion our entire universe and all life would vanish.


Our lives are also energy and therefore they too must always be in motion and continue to change. You cannot stop the motion and change in your life, you would not want to.

The changing nature of energy gives us life. It causes life to grow, and causes us to grow.


Think good thoughts!

Always remember that your feelings are monitoring your thoughts for you. Your feelings are telling you whether you are thinking thoughts that are good for you or thoughts that are not good for you.


If you can become more and more conscious of how you are feeling, then you will become more and more aware of what kind of thoughts you are thinking.


Your feelings are unceasingly telegraphing messages to you.

Criticism can be very subtle in the way it creeps into our thoughts. Here are some examples of criticism to help you become aware of its subtlety so you can eliminate it from your thoughts.

The weather is awful today. The traffic is terrible.

The service is really bad.

Oh no, look at the line.

He or she is always late. How long do we have to wait for order?

When you are just beginning to deliberately manage the frequency of your being (your thoughts and feelings), you may find there are some ups and downs, and that you are jumping from one frequency to another.


This stage is so short, and in no time at all you will begin to stabilise on higher frequency, and then a higher frequency, forever climbing higher and higher.


It took some practice to walk, didn't it? But with determination you did it. There is no difference.
